Sacramento County will be conducting planned maintenance on its county-wide phone system on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to noon. During this time, all phone lines, including the 311 service, will be temporarily unavailable.
911 services will not be affected by the upgrade process.
To ensure uninterrupted service, residents are encouraged to use alternative communication methods during the three-hour maintenance window. For non-emergency inquiries typically directed to 311, please consider the following options:
