Bring your Christmas tree* to the SMUD Corporation Yard at 6100 Folsom Blvd., on Saturday, Jan. 6, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and it will be mulched for free.

Flocked trees are accepted with all tinsel, lights, tree stands and nails removed. Limit 5 trees per
vehicle.
*Loads in excess of 5 trees will only be accepted at Kiefer Landfill, North Area Recovery Station, Sacramento Recycling and Transfer Station, Elder Creek Recovery & Transfer, Dan Russell Rodeo Arena.
