There are more than 500 polling stations open in Sacramento County, and all polling places and drop off sites are open from 7:00 am-8:00 pm – find yours at:
Polling Place Lookup. As well, for the first time, Cal Expo will be open for voters to drive through and drop off their ballots. Voters will not even need to get out of their cars.
“This is one more way our office is making it more convenient for voters to get their ballots in timely,” said Registrar of Voters Jill LaVine.
On the night of the elections, official voting data is uploaded to the website almost hourly so that reporters and voters can check the status of their race immediately.
Find all the information you need about voting, including sample ballots, polling places and election results on the
Voter Registration and Elections website or call 916-875-6451.
Voters can also download the SacVote app for mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. When the app is opened on a mobile device it shows your current location with closest polling places, has important election dates, will allow you to check to see if you are registered, and has election results. The SacVote app is available free by visiting iTunes or Google app stores. From a mobile device, the mobile site,
https://pollingplacelookupen.saccounty.net/mobile.html, also allows for polling place lookup.
