On Saturday, October 1, the Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter’s non-profit partner, TEAM (Teaching Everyone Animals Matter), will present the 7th Annual Whiskers & Wine benefit at 5:30-9:00 p.m., at the Bradshaw Shelter, 3839 Bradshaw Road.
The annual fundraiser benefits the shelter’s animals, including treatment for special medical needs for animals, medications, medical equipment, activities that improve the comfort of the shelter animals, volunteer activities and more. Tickets are $75 for VIP and General Admission are $60 in advance, $75 at the door.
“Every year, this is the shelter’s largest fundraiser,” said Dave Dickinson, Director, Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter. “Thanks to the efforts of TEAM and shelter staff and volunteers, we’ve been able to improve the lives and well-being of the shelter animals with the proceeds from this event.”
The dinner will be created by Broderick Roadhouse, which will include vegan/vegetarian options. Beer and wine tasting and a full dessert bar will round out the evening.
