Maintenance crews remove or obliterate graffiti on County maintained bridges, sound ​walls, overpasses, fences and other County owned property maintained for road purposes. Graffiti on private property is the responsibility of the property owner. Graffiti on County property which is gang related or contains obscene language or images is considered high priority and removed as soon as possible.
