The Sacramento County Department Of Child Support Services (DCSS) has added two new payment kiosks to its lobby (3701 Power Inn Road, Sacramento, CA). County staff are ready and waiting to assist customers to use the kiosks for the first time.
Customers can make child support payments with cash, credit cards, or bank drafts using the kiosks. The kiosks will reduce time spent in lines, as services are expedited.
Because the kiosks are being installed throughout California, customers now have the option of making child support payments, using the kiosks, from counties outside of their home counties.
Child Support Services Program Manager Don Tillery says, “The implementation of payment kiosks has provided a fresh opportunity for us to review payment options with customers. Many customers have been pleased with the variety of convenient options available for making child support payments.”
Between April and June, over 3,200 child support payments were made via the kiosks at Power Inn Road.
DCSS would like to remind those who use DCSS services that in addition to 3701 Power Inn Road, child support payments can be made online via a computer or smart phone (CAChildSup app), by a moneygram that can be obtained in multiple locations such as Walmarts and CVS drug stores, or by calling 1-866-901-3212.
