In support of the County Clerk Recorder’s (CCR) ongoing commitment to public service excellence, both Clerk-Recorder offices will be closed during midday on Thursday, Oct. 1, for an all-staff professional development training.

The main office will be closed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and reopen from 3 to 8 p.m..  The South Satellite office will be closed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To deliver consistent, high-standard public service across both office locations, CCR is hosting its first full-team, offsite staff development training during a midday closure.  Bringing all staff together provides an opportunity for cross-office alignment, and to sharpen its customer service standards. This investment in the team will enhance the overall service experience for CCR customers and stakeholder partners.

CCR appreciates your patience as it continually prioritizes improvement to the quality and consistency of services provided to the community.
