The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unidentified adult female.
On Jan. 25, 2026, the decedent died at Sutter Medical Center due to natural causes. A few days earlier, during her admission, she expressed that she was unable to provide her name. She has a specific medical condition that would be familiar to her family and friends, she stated she has an allergy to blueberries, and she wore eyeglasses because of vision impairment. Fingerprint analysis yielded no results.
The decedent is a black/African American adult female who claimed to be 39 years old. The estimated age range is from 25 to 40 years. The decedent is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 149 pounds. She has medium-length black hair styled in light brown/reddish dreadlocks, and her eyes are brown in color. The condition of the decedent's teeth is very good. She has numerous tattoos, including a sailor's wheel on her left torso, located below and to the left of her left breast, "smile now, cry later" theatre masks on her right shoulder/back area, and a very distinctive tattoo near her right eye that resembles a sun (or star) with a moon beneath it.
Please see the attached sketch of the unidentified female. If you have any information to the identity of this person, please contact the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office at 916-874-9320 or via email at DeputyCoroner@saccounty.gov.
FYI.. This image is a combination of human generated sketch, real photos of the decedent post-mortem and collected by Ai to create the most accurate version of the decedent, looking alive. We use this technique when we have real life images of the decedent, but do not want to release pictures of them post-mortem.
