  • Bingo: This can be in-person or virtual (no paper or daubers needed!). Employees give a predetermined price to participate. Choose BINGO patterns (diagonal, postage stamp, four corners, kite, lucky seven, cover all, etc.). Select number of BINGO rounds and determine prizes. Once the board patterns and number of rounds have been determined, award the first few winners $5-10 to give to the nonprofit of their choice. On the last round, choose a board that's more difficult, like a full board coverage, and award that winner $25-50 to donate to their selected nonprofit.
  • Photo Competition: Engage employees through personal pictures and friendly competition while highlighting local nonprofits and causes impacting the community. Employees give a predetermined price to enter their photo into the competition. Each competition can be focused on a theme (health, animal welfare, environment, etc.). Ask employees to submit photos that align with the theme — then, research local nonprofits or community facts about the cause. Create a slideshow with a mix of photos and facts using a platform such as Google Chat, which will allow employees to vote on their favorite photo by “liking" an image. Employees vote for their favorite photos by “liking" the photo. The employees who submitted the top three photos win an amount to donate to their selected nonprofit.
