Overnight Closures Coming For Fruitridge Rd At South Watt Ave

The Sacramento County Department of Transportation (SacDOT) is alerting drivers to an upcoming road closure at the intersection of Fruitridge Road and South Watt Avenue. The closures will begin on Monday, March 23 at 7 p.m. The roads will reopen each morning at 6 a.m. The closures could run for 5 consecutive nights.

SMF Announces New Pre-Security Restaurant in Terminal B Operated by Local Owners of Rio Pub

The Sacramento County Department of Airports is excited to announce that a new restaurant and cafe will open in Spring 2026 in the pre-security area of Terminal B at Sacramento International Airport (SMF). The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors has officially approved a 10-year Food & Beverage Concession Agreement with Local Flights LLC, allowing the remodel and full design process to begin.
